A 64-year-old male diagnosed with metastatic lung adenocarcinoma recently initiated high-dose steroid treatment for malignant spinal cord compression. Subsequently, he developed an itchy rash and diarrhoea. Additionally, he had a 3-year history of intermittent peripheral eosinophilia of unknown origin.
