A 65-year-old male presented to the outpatient department with a history of ulceration on the medial malleolus of both legs for the past 3 years. The ulceration initially began on the right side due to a splinter trauma, and within a span of one year, an ulcer developed on the left leg as well. The patient complains of pain near the ulcer region for the past 3 months. What is the probable diagnosis?
