<p>A 66-year-old female with a 20-day fever history underwent extensive testing, revealing large vessel vasculitis involving the aorta and carotid arteries. Investigations showed elevated ESR, bronchitis, aortic thickening, hepatosplenomegaly, and positive p-ANCA and ANA. A CT angiogram confirmed atherosclerotic changes and renal artery stenosis. Treated with corticosteroids, the patient responded well to antibiotics and supportive care, managing steroid-induced hyperglycemia.</p>
