A 69-year-old man who presented with worsening right knee pain over a span of 3 years, exacerbated in the past 6 months, without any history of trauma or infection. The pain manifests with exertion and deep knee flexion, yet it is relieved by rest, accompanied by occasional night pain. His medical history includes Type 1 diabetes, chronic renal failure, coronary artery disease with stent placement, gout, and retinal detachment. Upon physical examination, there was observed mild knee effusion with no apparent skin changes, deformity, or mass. Kindly suggest diagnosis and treatment for this above-mentioned case
