A 7-year-old, presented with complaints of lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI) persisting for the past 3 to 4 years. The primary concern is the persistent blockage of one side of the nostril, leading to difficulty in breathing. The patient tends to breathe through the mouth due to this blockage. Additionally, the patient consistently experiences cold symptoms with a perpetually runny nose. Notably, the patient's neck appears to be slightly tilted. Kindly suggest an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
