A 70-year-old female with a history of generalized weakness and hiatus hernia presented with a complaint of unilateral ankle swelling that occurs only at night. The swelling is accompanied by mild pain and tenderness. Kindly spot diagnosis and treatment.

veins at dorsum of foot are prominent. looks like might have varicose veins. To rule out deep vein thrombosis. IF DVT bay require anticoagulants. if no DVT, bay require treatment with either laser or surgical treatment for varicose veins if too large
