<p>A 6-year-old male child presented with complaints of high-grade fever with abdominal distension,&nbsp;vomiting, and yellowing of the eyes for more than 6 days. His liver function test revealed low albumin levels, increased bilirubin levels, and elevated SGPT and SGOT levels. He also had hepatosplenomegaly and pleural effusion.
