A 14-month-old female infant presented with multiple skin-colored lesions on her left hand for the past month. The lesions have been gradually increasing in size in a linear fashion. Examination revealed multiple, well-defined, hyperpigmented papules coalescing to form plaques in a linear pattern along Blaschko lines on the left upper limb. The diagnosis is Linear Lichen Sclerosus.
