A case of splenomegaly

56 year old male who was admitted to hospital and was a case of splenomegaly under evaluation, had suddenly developed a 2cm 3 cm 2 cm sized lesion in parieto-occipital region along with diffuse patchy white lesions over scalp. He was diagnosed and treated for Urticaria. Now he has suddenly developed peri orbital swelling. His MRI brain + orbit shows preseptal edema. Kindly suggest further management.
