A child presented with the chief complaints of one episode of gross hematuria 1 month back, not preceded by any history of fever or cough or diarrhea. 3 weeks later he developed swelling of the body starting from his face. Triglycerides, Cholesterol were increased and urinary protein was increased. BP was above 95th centile. C3 levels were found to be low. How will you proceed in this case ?
