A 20-year-old male patient presented to the clinic with a medium fever or pain. His complete blood count report showed low levels of haemoglobin, RBC, PCV, MCV, MCH and lymphocyte count and high levels of neutrophils and serum bilirubin. His widal test was positive, indicative of typhoid fever. Please suggest appropriate treatment.
