<p>66 year old female had postmenopausal bleeding and her MRI revealed neoplastic mass in cervix with free parametrium , no lymph node and no pelvic wall extension which was treated as ca cervix. Biopsy revealed it as chronic granulomatous lesion (tubercular origin )</p>
