A rare case of stemi in avr was given iv lmwh followed by thrombolyse:A 43 yrs male smoker presented with chest pain of window period of 2 hrs, Ecg revealed st elevation in Avr, vital normal, was immedialy loaded with high dose statins, dual antiplatelets, was given 0.6 ml of low molecular wt hearin iv, followed by thrombolyse with stk, subsequently pain settled down, Ecg showed more than 50% decrease in st segment
