A 79 year old male patient presented with chronic respiratory complaints and H/o empirical TB four decades back and has been treated later as destroyed lung. Patient was referred to our centre were CT chest revealed unilateral usual interstitial pneumonia secondary to right pulmonary artery agenesis.
