A q8 year old boy presented with sudden breathlessness and chest pain for 2 days.patient is tachypneic  and spo2_80 %on Room air.paplpable crepitus present.patient was intubated in view of respiratory distress.Etiology for this unknown but post extubation patient was telling about poison intake hence should keep poisoning as differential diagnosis for subcutaneous emphysema.
