A patient Came with C/O Dyspnoea grade 3, grade 2 (4 yrs) , Chest Pain Rt side (8 days), Fever with Chills,(8 days) Cough with expectoration sputum - white ,no foul smelling (8 days). on LTOT (2 yrs) Vitals - PR-142/min, BP- 100/60mmHg, SPO2-89% base line with clubbing grade 2.
