A six-month-old male child patient presented with a red spot visible in the provided image, resembling a hemangioma. However, it was not present at birth and emerged one month after birth. There is a history of applying tilak on the forehead before the spot appeared. Kindly suggest an appropriate diagnosis and suitable treatment options.

Looks like a HEMANGIOMA, though most of the hemangiomas vary in size and appearance, not present at birth but appear after few months. Wait and watch is policy.
