A 15 year girl having this Retroauricular swelling from past 1 year. I can't comment on consistency of swelling (pic recieved via whatsapp) , but it's non tender on palpation. She has no any other symptoms of systemic illness. What can be the differential diagnosis? And line of investigation. I advised FNAC.
