A year old female came

A 18 year old female came to OPD with severe pain in chest , unable to breathe, no palpitations, no sweating , non radiating chest pain, on further history works out strenuously and also consumes out side food alot and smoked occasionally, On examination pinpoint tenderness near the sternum radiating to left breast. For diagnosis: costochondritis , workup ordered was Xray chest PA , ecg, CBC to rule out any infection. For severe pain IV analgesic was advised which patient refused to take . On xray chest Pa inflammation noted, ecg normal, Pt was given painkiller , rest, avoid strenuous activities , ice fomentation over pain area. Any other workout or treatment any insight on this?
