A 26-year-old female patient presented with complaints of bleeding from the birth canal for 3 days prior to admission, accompanied by severe abdominal pain and an anaemic appearance. Physical examination findings Positive portio pain Laboratory results Blood glucose 70 Haemoglobin 11.5 Leukocytes 6280 Platelets 253,000 Haematocrit 34.7 Positive pregnancy test results Ultrasound results showed an ectopic pregnancy in the pars ampulla area of the fallopian tube. Patient was scheduled for CITO surgery
