The patient has had this condition for 5 years and it has worsened in the last week. Laboratory results Haemoglobin 6 Physical examination There is a 1 cm lump in the anal region at 12 o'clock on the anal sphincter. Diagnosis Grade III haemorrhoids anaemia The patient was treated with PRC transfusion for improvement and haemorrhoidectomy was planned.
