A 30 year old man came with occipital headache which radiated to left sided, he complained of sharp pain for a minute and then vanishes kind of pain. there was no blurring of vision, flashes of light, ringing sensation if ears, altered mental status, No fever or signs of infection. He also said it aggravates when he consumes oily food. I diagnosed as Migraine with no red flags of headache and told him to note down his triggers and avoid them. Counselled him on correct eating habits and gave T headset sos . what else can be done in this scenario?
