A 54 year old male pt came with the c/o lesions on his skin over stomach and legs since 10 years. The lesions appear as per the season and reduce on their own. The lesions are associated with intense itching and occasional bleeding is also present. Th lesions aggravate on exposure to heat or sunlight or consumption of spicy food and relieve on their own.

O/E: brownish black lesions were observed over abdominal region and legs. the lesions appeared dried and crusted. Some areas showed bleeding.

Med history-Not significant.

Drug history revealed patient used to consume drugs for 20 years and had quit the habit 3 yrs ago.

Pt had consulted a family physician and he was put on clobetasone. Application of this shows relief and the lesions disappear gradually but tend to re appear after some interval. Kindly suggest a suitable therapy
