A 80 year old woman, vomitted 3 times, extreme fatigue, weakness, Blabbering and 1 episode of loose stools. Family gave a h/o of hyponatremia , now undercontrol on tablet tolvaptan. patient continuously asking for water continuosly and did not pass urine at all. What could it be?
