A young male patient presented with a sudden onset of facial weakness on the left side, accompanied by loss of taste and discomfort in the eye, including eye dryness. A provisional diagnosis of Bell's Palsy was established, and the patient was initiated on a treatment regimen involving antiviral medication, steroids, and physiotherapy. Subsequently, the patient exhibited a positive response to the treatment.
