<p>A 6 yr old kid suddenly complains of pain in the chest, breathlessness. With h/o fever since past 1 week,dry cough,headache, On examination non tender cervical lymphadenopathy was found.On auscultation a pericardial rub was heard. Abdomen was tender and guarding was present. USG report suggests hepatosplenomegaly. On inquiry the kid said her cat fell ill and died a month ago. Suggest the likely diagnosis.</p>
