A 25-year-old male presents with right finger pain and swelling for 2 days following a puncture wound to the ventral surface of the 2nd finger. On examination, there is tenderness, erythema, and localized warmth at the site of the wound. The patient reports no systemic symptoms such as fever or chills.Kindly suggest an appropriate line of treatment and diagnosis for the mentioned case.

Treat cellulitis with oral antibiotics (such as dicloxacillin), pain relievers (like Combiflam), and warm compresses to reduce swelling and encourage drainage.
