19 year old female presented to our hospital with complaints of breathlessness, palpitations, anxiety and fever for two weeks.No past history of TB, asthma, Copd, diabetes,hypertension. No bad habits. No significant family history. Vitals - Tachycardia,  rest all normal. On auscultation there was bilateral fixed monophonic rhonchi. A basic chest x ray showed high density opacity all over the lungs. HRCT shows classical high density opacity with classical diffraction and same opacity over kidney, liver, forearms etc.
