Female child, 10 years old, weight 25 kg, height 147 cm (Height/U curve CDC P90). The child was brought by the parents with complaints of brown-red urine since 2 days. There was no history of trauma in the child. 1 week ago the child had just recovered from strep throat. History of urination was denied. The child was not on any medication. Physical examination revealed BP 130/80 mmHg, other vital signs within normal limits. Both eyes appear puffy. Female child, 10 years old, weight 25 kg, height 147 cm (Height/U curve CDC P90). Physical examination revealed BP 130/80 mmHg, other vital signs within normal limits. Both eyes appear puffy. Urinalysis was performed and showed proteinuria (+ to ++++), hematuria, leukocyturia, erythrocyte cylinder. Blood test: Normocytic normochrome anemia, can be found decreased renal function (Ur / Cr increased), complement C3 can be found down, ASTO / DNAse increased, AGD, electrolytes can be found metabolic acidosis, hyperkalemia, hyperphosphate if there is AKI / CKD. Culture of throat or skin swabs can be found Beta hemolytic streptococcus Group A (+) The patient was diagnosed with acute post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis and grade I hypertension.
