Acute Radiation Dermatits

Female 54 years old was diagnosed breast cancer. she already underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy. For now she presenting with acute erhytmea around the cancer and burning sensation. The cause of her symptom was diagnosed as toxicity due radiotherapy. She was treated with topical momethasone furoate once daily, For the next visit, the erythema seems to be smaller than before.
