After falling from the monkey bars two hours earlier, a 6-year-old girl arrives at the emergency room (ED) with acute right elbow discomfort and deformity. The patient's skin appears healthy during a physical examination, and she can move her fingers and wrist but not her elbow. Her right hand is warm and pink, but no radial or ulnar pulses can be felt. In the ED, radiographs are taken.
