A 47 year old patient presented to the hospital in this condition after to confirm mycobacteriosis after living in close contact with a leprosy patient. The patient was emaciated, having lost 12 kg in 2 months, febrile and presented nystagmus.Pt has pain in upper as well as lower limb.The patient reported loss of sensitivity, paresthesia, and asthenia in the lower limbs.This is the reporting condition of the Patient.Kindly help with the probable diagnosis and Suggest a line of treatment for the same.
