An 11-year-old girl presented with an unsteady gait and frequent falls since age 2. Over the years, her symptoms have progressively worsened. On examination, she exhibited ocular apraxia and telangiectasia. Her speech was characterized as scanning. Additionally, she displayed hypotonia, diminished reflexes, truncal ataxia, intentional tremors, and a wide-based gait with foot drop. Kindly suggest an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
