Anemia culminating into catastrophy Initially patient referred with IDA by a gynaecologist who felt flu like symptoms after parenteral iron therapy.investigations showed pancytopenia so vitamin B12 assessed and it was low.Parenteral vit B12 therapy failed to improve pancytopenia and Reti count.So trephine biopsy done . Meanwhile patient developed extensive purpura....we are awaiting BM reports
