A 24 year old female presented with cold, cough, wheezing and breathlessness since 1 week. Had fever for 4 days which subsided by taking Dolo 650mg Was exposed to dust while cleaning and thought to be dust allergy so tried natural remedy like drinking hot water. Started getting cold and had taken cetrizine 10mg once at night for 4 days. Cough with sputum+ Yellowish sputum or otherwise mucoid sputum Breathlessness increased since 2 days. Personal history: k/c/o asthma ( used to take asthalin 4mg tablet only when felt slight breathlessness for safety) Rhonchi+ve Confirmatiry diagnosis??
