<p>Parents of a 3.5-month-old baby complain of having trouble breastfeeding since around two weeks ago when they see a primary care physician. The infant&#39;s medical history includes a healthy pregnancy, delivery at 39 weeks, and gastroesophageal reflux disorder (GERD), for which ranitidine is now being used as a treatment.
