Bilateral pneumothorax in...

A 30-year-old male, presented to the emergency room of a tertiary hospital with shortness of breath, right-sided chest pain for 6 days. The past history was insignificant.The patient was conscious, alert, afebrile but in respiratory distress with use of accessory muscles. Chest radiograph was done that showed right pneumothorax .patient was managed with ICD .ON day 11 he had similar left pneumothorax . Patient was managed with emergency ICD drainage and other supportive measures. HRCT attached .
