The patient, a 35-year-old female, presented with a complaint regarding a black pigmented mark on her nose, which had been present since birth. Dissatisfied with its appearance due to aesthetic concerns, she sought intervention. There were no significant family or medical histories. The procedure to remove the pigmented patch was performed under local anesthesia, wherein skin from the affected area was excised and covered with a local regional flap of graft. Subsequent follow-ups revealed satisfactory results, with no complications noted. The area displayed successful healing without signs of infection or abnormalities
