BRONCHORRHEA....

50 year old female non smoker presented with complains of Sob, cough with watery sputum, more than 100ml per day since 2weeks no complaints of fever, no chest pain.Cbp revealed leucocytosis , sputum for gran stain , Z-N stain, gene xpert were negative. Sputum cells for malignant cells revealed malignant cells. Here is the radiograph showing right lower lobe , middle lobe non-homogeneous opacity.Normal study on bronchoscopy, later Trans bronchial lung biopsy revealed adenomatous growth which was confirmed with immuno histochemistry
