18yrs old boy came to oral maxillofacial surgery department with complaint of missing right upper canine. Upon radiographic examination it revealed horizontally impacted canine Procedure 1st transmucosal incision is given. Falp elevated ,bone guttering done around the impacted tooth, tooth was luxated, it was sectioned into crown and root ,removal of crown and the root done, bone margins are smoothed using bone file followed by irritation with betadine and saline ,approximation of incison ,closure with sutures done .
