A 24-year-old female married for more than 2 yrs since 2 months taking treatment for infertility with letrozole, trans abdominal scan on the 10th day reveals this. Her previous cycles were regular. No symptoms of endometrioma, no dysmenorrhoea, Please provide your opinion.

Always do baseline scan onD2 of Menstrual cycle,rule out residual cyst and see for Endometrial thickness for shedding of endometrium ,if all is appropriate start stimulation or can ...read more
