A 68-year-old female presented to OPD with complaints of recurrent episodes of high-grade fever, and cough. CT chest revealed B/L ground glass opacities and consolidation with a peripheral smear showing elevated leucocyte count, Smudge cells, with pro lymphocytes and mature lymphocytes.
