Case on ACS-STEMI

 A 32 year old male  with H/O of smoking, presented with acute chest pain for 6 hours. ECG shows ST elevations in V1-V5, reciprocal changes in II, III and aVf. Thrombolysed with Reteplase 10 units bolus two doses separated by 30 min, ST elevations settled and patient was relieved of chest pain. Next day patient was taken for CAG, it shows Left main to LAD thrombus. Patient was discharged after 5 days of anticoagulation therapy completion on DAPT.
