CASE ON DARIER'S DISEASE

A 20 yr old female came with multiple dark-coloured lesions over her chest, back axilla, neck and face associated with itching. 

A history of similar lesions in her mother is there.

On examination, multiple hyperpigmented keratotic papules with mild scaling over the trunk, neck, face and bilateral upper limb. The lesions are characteristic of "Dirty Warty lesions". This is a case of DARIER'S DISEASE.
