Case on infection

A 28 yrs male old patient allege history of RTA 3 years back ,for which he got operated and IMIL nailing was done . Patient bone got infected and the patient femur bone segmental bone got a vascular. He was operated by me and nail removal was done followed be LRS Fixation with corticotomy then distraction was done bone lengthening is done,now pt came for follow up and will plan further fixation.
