<p>A single red coloured raised lesion over the site of nose piercing in a 8 yr old girl. Complaining of bleeding on manipulation. On examination there is a single well defined erythematous sessile nodule with irregular surface over ala of the nose. This is a case of PYOGENIC GRANULOMA.</p>
