Case on Viral Fever

A 10 year old patient weighing 22kg was presented with high grade fever.(103F).

Paracetamol 15mg was given as per the body weight. since the fever was not reduced cefixime and mefinic acid along with paracetamole was given. The fever was pertaining even after the treatment. Suggest a suitable therapy for this case.
