Case 2: A 22-year-old male, currently recovering from a URTI (Day 3, on Paracetamol and Cetirizine), noticed dark urine this morning. Vital signs: Temp: 99, HR: 95, BP: 140/90. Urinalysis shows Protein: 1+, RBC: 30-50, WBC: 4-6, Bacteria: Absent, Casts: RBC, Crystals: Nil, Serum creatinine: 1.4.
