Complaints of headache

A 28-year-old woman is presented to the clinic with complaints of headache. She has had an H/o headache from her late teens, taking medicines for anxiety and low mood. Currently, she is not on any medication. The headache became worse last year after his job promotion and relocation. 

All her physical and blood examination reports were regular. Upon complete investigation and counselling, the GP found that she was having Bilateral non-pulsative pain, which lasted for about 24hrs, twice/week. It is preceded by a tight feeling high in the neck. Occasionally, the headache reaches from moderate to severe in the presence of some light & noise sensitivity.
