Complex case of impending...

Patient came with both bone forearm fracture to my emergency ,we planned to operate him ,on ot table patient was having impending compartment syndrome feature.radius was fixed but due to increased compartment pressure closure was difficult .Ulna fracture was treayed with k wiring.patient was managed on antibiotic therapy with regular wound care 3 weeks apart granulation tissue was formed with closure of skin due to secondary healing.ulna definative fixation was performed amd now patient is happy with result and no pain
